If you have spent any time looking at the Treasure Valley lately, you have probably heard the same question more than once: Is Nampa growing too fast?

It is a fair question. You can drive through parts of the city and see new subdivisions under construction, commercial space taking shape, and a steady stream of new residents putting down roots. Growth is clearly happening. The real question is not whether Nampa is expanding. It is whether that growth is being matched by the roads, schools, services, and housing inventory people actually need.
